This room was a great place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared entrance with other rooms, as well as shared kitchen, but we didn't see any other guests during that time. Maité and Simon gave clear instructions about how to access the room and how to interpret the parking rules. It is located a short walk from the metro, which makes it easy to get to downtown without having to drive and park there.

Fantastic! If I was coming to Montreal again I would try booking this place.
Positive: The location was great, the price was good. The host/staff was very accommodating, let us drop off our bags before our check-in time so we didn't have to carry them when exploring the city. Staff answered any questions we had. Negative: I would like to have received the room check-in instructions closer to the actual date of our stay. The email was sent close my booking date and it quickly got lost because of other emails I received.

Super emplacement.
Positive: Kitchenette très pratique et logement très propre. L'accès au lave linge et sèche linge. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Emplacement idéal pour tourisme ou pour l'accès au centre ville. Quartier calme. Negative: La salle de bain de notre chambre était dans le couloir et nous manquions d'intimité. L'isolation phonique est aussi à revoir, nous avons été réveillés à de nombreuses reprises dans la nuit par les autres occupants.

Positive: The place is cozy and calmn, with some sounds coming from corridor or footsteps on stair, though. Negative: Cleanness is very low. Towels are not clean as if someone used it before. Bedsheet was not clean at all. I did sleep without cover. The worst was the bathroom as it was not attached to bedroom. I have been given a key to access it wherever I want to use it.

Easy, close to public transportation, clean and calm.
Positive: It was easy to access with no personnel, so covid safe. The room was comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. Negative: I was not able to stay long enough to have meals there, but the fridge was packed and I doubt I could have fit anything in! It might be a good idea to put in a second fridge. I wish it had been clearer that the room I had did not have its own en suite bathroom. I had to go out into the corridor - this was not a problem, but it was not obvious on the listing. Maybe I just read too fast or skipped over it, though. The bathroom itself was fine, and only for use by this one room. In the bedroom, there was quite a bit of dust under the bed and bedside tables - the room was really clean everywhere else.

Positive: Room was beautiful and spacious. Place was very clean. Private bathroom was new and modern. Self check-in was easy. Location is great, right next to a metro station. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend! Negative: The only negative I could give for this place is that the walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you will notice noise in the stairwell when people leave the building (we were in a room beside the front door). My partner didn't hear a peep tho, so its only for those light sleepers like me. Parking was a challenge when we first arrived but we ended up finding a spot on the main road next to the Olympic Park which was free with no restrictions!

We really enjoyed our stay in this room. We shared the space with our toddler in a pack-and-play for the weekend and didn’t feel too cramped for space. The shared kitchen is well stocked and organized and we barely noticed other folks while we were there. The property is on a nice, quiet street and a very short walk to a metro station. It was a great spot to stay during our Montreal vacation.

我在蒙特利尔居住过5家民宿，这是一家性价比合适的民宿。因为我年纪较大，有一沉重旅行箱，主人非常贴心的帮我安排了最靠近门口的豪华套间，是免费升級的。床上用品堪比四星级酒店，有套内浴缸。厨房宽畅干净。位置最佳，不到150米就有綠线地铁站，出门就是奥林匹克体育馆。环境非常安静。厨房歺厅墙面一幅巨大地图，上面钉满许多小旗，来自世界各地的朋友留下了各自足迹。我也找到中国深圳，插上一个大头针（小旗占满空间）。他们家不提供早歺。我在唐人街买了馒头，可以用锅蒸熟。建议主人添加一个蒸锅就更方便了。

Comme toujours nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte chez Maité et Simon. En particulier la qualité des équipements (lit, literie, grand frigo, cuisine bien équipée), l'attention aux petits détails (ex. deux oreillers un petit et un plus grand parce que chacun a ses préférences ), et la propreté impeccable de même que la proximité du métro... Le stationnement semble plus difficile que lors de notre dernier passage. Heureusement, il y a celui des installations olympiques qui est juste à côté. Si des cours sur l'art du AirbnB existait, Maïté et Simon pourraient facilement les enseigner !!!

Even though the kitchen area was a common space used by other guest we found that it was well stocked and still very private. It was also very close to metro station and other shops. Hey Maite & Simon, it was nice meeting you guys. The location of the apartment is very close to the metro station. The place is really good and well maintained. The room was just perfect it was exact same as the pictures. Maite & Simon were really helpful, it was our first time visiting Montreal, they guided us really well about what places we can visit, what are the good places to eat, where to shop for. It was a wonderful trip and had a great time staying at their place. Would love to visit the place again if get a chance. Really great host. Thank you guys.

First of all, Maité and Simon was an excellent host. They answered my questions very quick! My room was simple, clean and had so much extra space. The home was so close to metro ( literally, 3 mins walk) . It’s not located near downtown, but I still liked it because it was peaceful at night. There’s also nearby grocery ( 1 block away) where you can get all your needs. Highly recommended! I would stay here again when I come visit Montreal ☺️

Le seul bémol C'est le bruit, le sol est en parquet du coup on entend les voisins du dessus (pas, cris et pleurs d'enfant, enfants qui courent etc ce qui peut être gênant parfois), on y a pas trop fait attention sur la 1ere partie de notre séjour mais l'avons plus remarque sur la 2e partie, soit parce qu'on était plus présents soit parce que les occupants du dessus n'étaient pas les mêmes. Toutefois l'appartement reste agréable et à un très bon rapport qualite/prix

Everything inside the house was so well organised and extremely clean. Definitely made us feel as home. The metro station was 5 min walking distance to the city that was 15 min away. This was a great spot for our trip. We were only a block away from the metro (Pie IX). Very convenient, very clean, and great amenities I was able to make coffee every morning and I never had a problem using the shower because they provided a little white board to put your slot on. Only a couple blocks from Olympic Park we only went to the planetarium but I bet the botanical gardens would be beautiful in the snow. Awesome, awesome place.

A true model of an Airbnb place to stay when visiting Montreal. Maite and Simon addressed every detail to make our stay comfortable while traveling. Much better than staying in a hotel as there is a full size kitchen with all the amenities useful for preparing your own meals as well as a washer and dryer, living room, and dining room. The location was great being close to Metro, the Botanical gardens, and the Biodome. Loved our stay there!

There were labelled shelves in the pantry and fridge for any food i bought. The washer and dryer were right there in the closet....this was a really nice place. I could see Olympic staidum.

This is by far one of the best value Airbnb places I have stayed. The place was exactly as pictured, every inch spotless and clean and a fantastically friendly host. She was even able to accomodate a last minute check out time extension. I will be staying with Maïté and Simon again guaranteed, you should as well. If you are visiting from out of the country, I would definitely inquire about the Canadian themed rooms!

This is a GREAT option for visitors to Montréal. 2-3 min walk from the Pie-IX metro station (15-20 minute ride from downtown) and a 10-15 minute walk from the Hochelaga neighborhood. The room was comfortable and clean and Maité & Simon provided a lot of helpful information about the city and neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place! We enjoyed our stay very much during our time in Montreal. Very near to the metro on Pie IX and walkable distance from the biodome, and places to eat. Grocery store also within walkable distance. Very quiet, spacious apartment. Would highly recommend staying here :)

Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und geräumig. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet und es ist für alles notwendige gesorgt. Die U-Bahn ist direkt nebenan und man kommt von dort super in die Stadt. Wir haben die beiden nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, da die einzelnen Zimmer in der Wohnung an verschiedene Leute vermietet sind, aber sie haben uns trotzdem alle notwendigen Infos gegeben und waren bei Fragen immer ansprechbar, wichtige Tipps lagen gedruckt in der Wohnung. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

J'ai aimé la beauté du logement, vue sur le stade olympique, tout le logement est rénové et bien décoré, on n'a pas l'impression de vivre chez quelqu'un en son absence. On dirait un bnb consacré à cette vocation. Tout fonctionnel et exact. A un pas du métro. Lit ultra confo. Planchers en bois tous rénovés avec belle teinture, mais ça craque. Draps propres et lit accueillant. Seul bémol, dans la chambre la poussière sur le plancher roule en boule (et que dire de mes bas après avoir marche dans la pièce...ils ont bien servi de vadrouille). La salle de bAin n'était pas fraîchement nettoyée mais c'est une salle de bain partagée. En somme belle place pas cher et bien située.

First of all, having used Airbnb multiple times in the past, Maité & Simon were the easiest and fastest to communicate with. I decided on a very last minute, very short trip to Montreal. Within 1 hour of having logged onto Airbnb I saw their listing, sent a few messages to them addressing details and we were booked and confirmed. I was very lucky to have found this listing and assure you that you are in great hands. The location was very easy to find, accessible by metro, centrally located (under 30 mins by public transit to theaters, restaurants, all things montreal that anyone on vacation would like to experience). The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and residential. The apartment was spacious with anything you would need to make your stay comfortable. It was spotless and the bed is exceptionally comfortable and I would say, luxury hotel quality - one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. Check in and check out were both seamless (Maité was graciously even able to have the room ready earlier for me which was very much appreciated). I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and will definitely look out for this place when booking my next visit. Thank you again Maité & Simon!

Matié was the model airbnb host. Her communication and ability to cater to the host is superb. This truly might be the best spot in Montreal for a stay. You are near the Metro so travel was easy. Matié's local recommendations for eats was fantastic as well. She was also super helpful and comforting if something was not right. Maité & Simon’s place was very comfortable and a perfect place for us while we were visiting friends in Montréal. It was also close to public transit, so that made it easy to get around the city, along with Uber. Great place overall. Definitely will be back in the future, if I'm back in Montréal.

The only problem was the heat in my room that was broken, but it was not so bad since there were enough blankets and covers to use. Kitchen and bathroom were also very clean. The location was very convenient, and super close to metro! You could catch the metro and get to downtown in about 15 minutes or less.

We used the kitchen a lot and the only issue we had (which was pretty minor) was that the pots and pans and kitchen utensils were not really the best. The bed we had was really good and we had walk in closets in our room, which was pretty good. All in all it was so good we decided to stay an extra day.

The host of the year goes to Maité & Simon! The whole place including my room was very clean and my bed was very comfortable. I needed a place to stay for a night because I had an important test scheduled for early in the morning next day. This place is located in quiet area, away from major distractions, so it was perfect for me. Maité and Simon came in person around my expected arrival time to check on me and the room. They made sure that I had everything that I needed. They are super nice people and I highly recommend!
