Charming private bedroom in a spacious Gite Touristique, a block from Pie IX metro station, directly in front of the Olympic Stadium and popular attractions such as the Biodome, Botanical Gardens and Impact Soccer Stadium.The bedroom is fully furnished, bedding and towels, has a large walk in closet and a very comfortable bed.The cozy environment is perfect for people looking to socialize a bit with other guests from all over the world in common areas, yet enjoy privacy and quietness in their private room.

Private room with lockable door in a spacious and sunny newly renovated home. The place is a block away from the metro and offers a view on Montreal's famous Olympic Stadium. Private room with super comfortable bed, super fast wifi, washer dryer, fully furnished kitchen, large living room with TV and sound system to enjoy your music. There are 2 eating areas, and large back yard with view on the Olympic Stadium. Few minute walk from metro station, coffee, Tea & Towels Provided The Space: Fully furnished place with hard wood floor. Just next to the Olympic stadium in a tree lines quiet street. Guest Access: Cook in a fully furnished kitchen with quartz counters and marble backslash, relax in a cozy living room and have a candle lit dinner in the spacious dining room. Interaction with Guests: If you need anything, we live in the same building and are happy to help. We like to stop by and introduce ourselves, but will leave you the space to enjoy. The Neighborhood: Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the most sought-after area of HOMA , the place is just in front of the Olympic stadium, marché Maisoneuve 2 min from the metro to take you downtown. Getting Around: Best way to get around is by metro, the place is 1/2 a block from the station PieIX, on the green line. If driving, we are a few blocks from Notre-Dame, which turns into the 720, 10 minutes from the 40 (aka metropolitain). Coming from the south shore, best bet is the Lafontaine tunnel or Jacques Cartier Bridge. Other Things to Note: We have very flexible check in/out. You are welcome to check in earlier a long as you don't mind waiting for the room to be ready. Same for checkout, you may stay the day at the apartment as long as we are able to come in and clean the room. My room and my bathroom were immaculate. Cleaner than most hotels. So close to the Metro, the Stadium Parking and the Biodome as well as other attractions. I got around to see many different areas on quick rides on the Metro too so I was happy with the location too. Cozy room, nice place, friendly guests...loved it. Going back in August!

We had a pleasant stay at Maite & Simon's. The room was clean and the place is around a 15-minute drive to downtown. The floor might be too thin for light sleepers but we put on white noise and slept just fine.

clean and well rested night with a great breakfast we made ourselves.

Positive: My partner and I were blown away how amazing this place was for the small investment that we made for the night. We had use of the entire kitchen , and will make this our go to spot, the next time we are in town. Beyond happy about finding this gem. Negative: parking was a bit of a challenge. Nothing else to say besides that.

This place is by far the most amazing and comfy apartment my hubby and I have been to! Clean, quiet, easy to find! We drove so we drove- in at night and left early morning so we really don’t know how accessible it is to everything around! They have a binder in the room for take out and some good restaurants in the area! Had I known there was a tub I would’ve gotten my bath salt to relax even more! I loved the design of the room we were in and I just lived everything! Thanks and we will be back :)

It was a really nice place to stay~ bed sheets are crisp clean, and so are the floor/bathrooms. The window face a quiet side street so super nice and quiet at night. They are running construction at the subway so it’s a little tricky to walk over with luggage but overall super close to the subway station. There’s plenty room in the fridge for foods/drinks, it’s best to store some fruits as super markets are a bit of a walk. Maite and Simon provided a binder with all informations, handy to try what’s on that list. The walls are pretty thin and floors do creak a bit, so if you are a light sleeper i would recommend bring ear plug. But overall all guests are really nice and quiet at night, it’s just in case there are kids.

Thx to the amazing couple for being such nice hosts! Maité and Simon are really considerate and understanding. Modern and clean space, you get your own room in a sort of hotel lounging accommodation. On a passé un très bon séjour chez Maité & Simon, l'accès était facile avec un code à l'entrée,la suite était bonne et contemporaine, dans la cuisine il y avait tout ce qu'il nous fallait, se trouve dans un quartier tranquille à côté du stade olympique, on a passé un bon séjour dans notre suite mont-royal. On n'hésitera pas de repasser un autre séjour chez eux
